Make mirror a friend for lifetime

Looking into your eyes through the mirror is very powerful and meaningful similar to looking into your soul. Choose the sentences which help you in removing bad memories or habits from your life and providing your chance to start fresh. Stand in front of the mirror and think about what type of person you want to become or want to see in the reflection in this mirror. A mirror will give you an idea how you look to others around you and if you are not happy with your image , try to change it with positive inputs. It is a treatment or a type of therapy used by various experts for those who are shy in nature or not comfortable while speaking in front of others.
