Reasons To Stay Single This Festive Season!
So winter is usually when people decide to start a new relationship, act loved up for a few months, and then break up the day before New Years Eve because they never really liked them in the first place!
1.Let’s face it, most of us get in relationships at this time of the year out of desperation for someone to cuddle to keep us warm. But hey, that’s what electric blankets are for! And electric blankets don’t give you grief!
2.Having a partner means that even on your slacky days, when you can’t be bothered moving, you still end up having to make an effort getting ready and looking nice to see them. Being single means you can sit in your trackies and not shave for as long as you want. Hey, it’s Winter, it’s insulating!
3.All the amazing food at festive, on top of all the immense dinners Now we’re not going to lie.. there will be no partner to go on romantic festive days out with. But why would you want to, when you can take a friend who knows you inside out and who you share common interests with!? You’ll have loads more fun!
make you pile on the pounds as it is! You won’t have to worry about the love chub on top of that!
4.No more wasting of money on buying present for someone that pretty much annoys you 90% of your time. No annoying partner to deal with and more money for yourself equals single win!
5.Only your alarm clock will wake you up! The Festive season is for over-indulgence and recuperation. The last thing you want after a heavy night is the person beside you snoring or kicking you all night, keeping you awake. Being single means blissful, un-disturbed nights!
6.You don’t have to do the awkward, “it’s not you, it’s me” break-up routine. There’s never a better lie to tell when it comes to breaking up with someone you’re really just not that in to, and despite of how content you feel about perhaps, never seeing them again, you still feel like a bit bad when they cry…
7.You don’t have to share…FOOD
8.Now we’re not going to lie.. there will be no partner to go on romantic festive days out with. But why would you want to, when you can take a friend who knows you inside out and who you share common interests with!? You’ll have loads more fun!
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, NO. THANKYOU! Happy Single-Season to us!
